NOTE: Almaqta cancellation policy states that you can cancel your order from your Almaqta account before the order is shipped out from Almaqta warehouse or has been dispatched by the seller. If your order is already on its way to being shipped, you can contact us on WhatsApp for order cancellation.

For prepaid orders, we will refund your amount as per our Refund Policy.

Placing an order on Almaqta is quite simple, and we'd love for you to give this a try! Simply sign up for an account, choose what you want, and pay!

The most common reasons for delivery delays are:

• Customer not available: Our Delivery Hero has not been able to get in touch with the customer.

• Wrong Address / Phone Number: While placing an order the customer has entered an incorrect address or phone number, leading to late delivery.

• Extreme Weather: The weather conditions of the destined city may be rough, for example, heavy rainfall, smog, landslide, etc. which may result in a delivery hold-up.

• Courier service delay: Either DEX or one of our 3PL partners takes a longer than expected time to deliver your order.

To edit your account information, you need to go to your account page by clicking on image in the top bar. This will take you to your account profile and allow you to edit your account information.

It takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver an order if the ordered product is readily available in our warehouse.
